1.PAYMENT We accept all widely used payment methods including credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover.), with the online portfolio Masterpass, bank transfer and PayPal. The use of PayPal is only possible for bookings exceeding a certain amount and the customer will be charged an admin fee. Prices are charged in Euros and any currency conversion facility is provided as an approximation tool only.

2.SECURITY All credit card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

3.CANCELLATIONS BY YOU Any cancellation of Contract must be made in writing by fax or email addressed to our Customer Service Centre. If we receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time of your booking you wish to cancel, the amount paid for this transfer will be refunded in full. No monies will be refunded for cancellations received less than 48 hours from the scheduled time of your booking you wish to cancel.
